Expect a Miracle
|

While sitting in meditation and asking what this month's blog will be, the answer keeps returning to self care and community. Radical self care. Truly taking the steps necessary for proper sleep, food, exercise, and meditation or quiet time for going within. Then, once we have worked that into a routine, stepping into community and helping. It is time to move a bit more consciously into caring for our community.

Begin this from a place radical self care. Then, step into community and help where and when you can. Do not martyr yourself or be a pleaser to anyone. Just help someone or some project take one small step forward. Do this while holding the frequency of gratitude, peace, and kindness toward the someone or project. And, enjoy the process.

Reiki Associates has two shares per month. The first Reiki Share is on June 16th from 1pm to 3pm hosted by Denise Carpenter. The second Reiki Share is on June 18th from 7pm to 9pm hosted by Regan Bechamp and Cindy McPherson.

A Reiki Share is an opportunity to experience and practice Reiki.
|
|
|
|
It is open to everyone with Reiki training as well as those who are curious. The share begins with a short meditation. This is followed with group treatments. A group treatment is defined as one person receiving Reiki simultaneously from one or more practitioners. The group rotates through all those present at the table. A typical share lasts for approximately two hours.
|
|

Kick Off to Summer in Perth on June 8th

Join Denise at the Lotus Wings Tent
....from 10am to noon
|
Come meet the Lotus Wings Practitioners on June 8th at the Stewart Park in Perth. Many of the practitioners will be present at the Lotus Wings tent to meet you and discuss their modality. They are there from 10am to 4pm.

The town of Perth has also arranged different activities throughout the day such as a Hula hoop contest, sidewalk chalk art, Yoga (10am-11am), Sound Bath (11:15am-12:15pm) and a Group Reiki Session (12:30pm-1:30pm - Denise to give) in Stewart Park, high end car show, live performances, children's entertainment with Dr. Kaboom, licensed corn hole tournament, axe throwing and giant yard games. The Stewart Park Festival is hosting a fundraiser dance at the Crystal Palace. Doors open at 7:30pm. Featuring the Motown group Heatwave. For more information visit here
