It means we get to (have to?) experience everything that goes along with the physical, the wondrous as well as the not so wondrous sensations. I am trying to appreciate both ends of the spectrum, the expansion and the contraction. Sometimes easier said than done. Reiki has helped, and I thank you for that.]]></description>
