Reiki Classes
As we uphold the Covid protocols, all classes are now two hours in length. The number of classes will vary according to the Level being taught. Level I and II will be 4 X 2 hour classes. The Master Practitioner will be 5 X 2 hour classes. The Master Teacher will be 10 X 2 hour classes. All classes will be in person and scheduled at a mutually convenient time.

2021

As we approach the mid way point of 2021, it is time to reevaluate our self care habits. This year of 2021 is focused on helping us refine and grow our self care program. It also reminds us that unless we take good care of ourselves, we won't be able to look after ourselves effectively or indeed, anyone else. We need to be balanced, aligned, and functioning from the place of clarity of purpose to step into that caring role. Take the time to go inside this month and assess.
