June Ponderings
A Year of Compassion and Kindness
June...we are in the sixth month of this incredible year of Compassion and Kindness. My teachers are all referring to an event in August that will open up humanity as a whole to a greater level of Compassion and Kindness. So far this year, we have focused on staying present, working with our own vibrational frequency, and cultivating our individual practices of Compassion and Kindness. We are in the process of developing a routine or discipline so that these rehearsed behaviors become our norm.

There have been many questions asked of how to stay in the vibrational frequency of Compassion and Kindness when it feels like a combative response is the response of so many. How do we honor ourselves and our practice when this challenging energy is so very present. Just remember that the combative energy belongs to the Piscean world of dualism...right vs wrong, good vs bad and so on.

In the Aquarian energy, we are moving more and more into the energy of oneness. An energy system where we are all equal. Where we will become more cooperative, and will collaborate more. It is a process of transitioning out of the Piscean and into the Aquarian. Some people will be able to transform more quickly than others. For those who are struggling (combative), ask yourself the question...what does unconditional love look like and is this my practice person? The answer is yes...so then, we wrap them in unconditional love and look deeply into what vibration frequency we are using as a response.

To the best of your ability, come from the vibration of compassion and kindness. So very often the combative frequency comes from the place of fear...choose to respond with a higher frequency.

Reiki Shares - We now have two!!

Reiki Associates has two shares per month. One on Sunday June 18th from 1pm to 3pm hosted by Denise Carpenter. The second on Tuesday June 20th from 7pm to 9pm hosted by Cindy McPherson and Regan Bechamp

A Reiki Share is an opportunity to experience and practice Reiki. It is open to everyone with Reiki training as well as those who are curious. The share begins with a short meditation. This is followed with group treatments. A group treatment is defined as one person receiving Reiki simultaneously from one or more practitioners. The group rotates through all those present at the table. A typical share lasts for approximately two hours.

Are you ready to explore Reiki on a deeper Level...come for your Level II training. In this class you will work with three Reiki Symbols and their use, techniques for energy balancing and the maintenance of your personal energy field.
|

|
This eight hour training will be scheduled with 4 two hour classes.
|
- Class one will be July 8th from 10am to noon
- Class two will be July 15th from 10am to noon
- Class three will be July 22nd from 10am to noon
- Class four will be July 29th from 10am to noon
