March Ponderings
A Year of Compassion and Kindness
|
We are now two months into this awesome year of Compassion and Kindness. January had us focus both inwardly and outwardly on self directed Compassion and Kindness. February helped us focus on teachings of the heart. March is the time of empowering ourselves and others as we come out of the hibernation of winter. Let's welcome spring with open hearts filled with much compassion towards ourselves and every living being on this planet. As we celebrate March,,. International Women's Day, Daylight Saving Time, First Day of Spring, St Patrick's Day, National Day of Forests, National Puppy Day, to name a few, could we consider using our compassion and kindness on each of these days to empower two other beings that are on our path that day? One, a being we are in harmony with and one, a being we are not in harmony with.

As we bring these energies into conscious mind and awareness on a regular basis, our capacity for joy, harmony, gratitude, peace, and unconditional love grows.

Reiki Share - Sunday March 19th

Our Reiki Shares are moving to Sundays.

Join Denise Carpenter as she hosts the in person share on Sunday March 19th from 1pm to 3pm. Check here for details.

A Reiki Share is an opportunity to experience and practice Reiki. It is open to everyone with Reiki training as well as those who are curious. The share begins with a short meditation. This is followed with group treatments. A group treatment is defined as one person receiving Reiki simultaneously from one or more practitioners. The group rotates through all those present at the table. A typical share lasts for approximately two hours.

There is no charge for the share, but, you may make a free will offering with proceeds to the Children's Make a Wish Foundation. For more information contact Denise 613-913-2803

Students have been asking for more time and opportunity to ask questions...some related to their classes...some not. So, I am hosting a group Q & A discussion on March 5th from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.
