April Ponderings
A Year of Compassion and Kindness
|
We are entering the fourth month of this awesome year of Compassion and Kindness. The ice is thawing, the snow is melting, new life is growing all around us. What would it take for us to embrace a new thought, habit, or way of being as we take one more step into the Aquarian Era? Could we allow ourselves to be open to something new? We don't have to discard the old, just be open to allowing something new into our lives. It could be changing our self talk to a softer, more loving communication. It could taking a course on a long held interest with no other agenda except enjoying the course and its learnings. It could be learning to move and maintain our body in a way that supports the body in its rhythm. It could be letting go of past events that hold us in emotional bondage. It could be finding a way to flow with life rather than resist it.

Reiki Shares - We now have two!!
|
|
|
|
|
Reiki Associates has decided to have two shares per month. One on Sunday April 16th from 1pm to 3pm hosted by Denise Carpenter. The second on Tuesday April 18th from 7pm to 9pm hosted by Cindy McPherson and Regan Bechamp.

|
A Reiki Share is an opportunity to experience and practice Reiki. It is open to everyone with Reiki training as well as those who are curious. The share begins with a short meditation. This is followed with group treatments. A group treatment is defined as one person receiving Reiki simultaneously from one or more practitioners. The group rotates through all those present at the table. A typical share lasts for approximately two hours.

There is no charge for the share, but, you may make a free will offering with proceeds to the Children's Make a Wish Foundation. For more information contact Denise 613-913-2803

Open Reiki Review Class - April 16th

Students have been asking for more time and opportunity to ask questions...some related to their classes...some not. So, I am hosting a group Q & A discussion on April 16th from 10:00am to noon.
