What you suggest above is the thought evolution used in “Tapping” – One of the reasons I think Tapping is so effective when used properly.

Thanks Denise. I believe we all signed on for this journey as a soul in a physical body. It means we get to (have to?) experience everything that goes along with the physical, the wondrous as well as the not so wondrous sensations. I am trying to appreciate both ends of the spectrum, the expansion and the contraction. Sometimes easier said than done. Reiki has helped, and I thank you for that.
