Embrace the final days of Summer...

As we step into September, we are invited to bask in the last, golden rays of summer. You may have noticed the gradual shift—the sun dipping below the horizon just a little earlier each evening. These declining hours of sunlight offer a beautiful, natural invitation to pause and sit in present-moment awareness.
|
|
Rather than rushing through the dusk, use this quiet time for focused reflection. It is a very gentle reminder from the earth that fall is quietly on its way. As the external light softens, we are given the perfect opportunity to direct our attention inward.
|
|
Take a few conscious breaths, center your focus, and allow your energy to settle. Embrace this shifting light. By sitting mindfully with the fading sun, we prepare our inner landscape for the restful season ahead, grounding ourselves in deep and intentional self-care.

Reiki Associates has two shares this month and a Shuchu Reiki Gathering.
|
|
First Reiki Share is on September 6th from 1pm to 3pm hosted by Denise Carpenter.
|
|
Second Reiki Share is on September 15th from 7pm to 9pm hosted by Cindy McPherson.
|
|
The Shuchu Reiki Gathering is on September 10th from 8:00pm to 9pm over Zoom
|
|
|
|
|
A Reiki Share is an opportunity to experience and practice Reiki. It is open to everyone with Reiki training as well as those who are curious. The share begins with a short meditation.
|
This is followed with group treatments. A group treatment is defined as one person receiving Reiki simultaneously from one or more practitioners. The group rotates through all those present at the table. A typical share lasts for approximately two hours.
|
|
There is no charge for the share, but, you may make a free will offering with proceeds to a local group in need. For more information contact Denise 613-913-2803.

Shuchu - A Reiki Gathering

Join Our Shuchu Reiki Gathering!
|
|
What happens when a group of Reiki Practitioners get together over Zoom to beam Reiki energy out into the world? We call it Shuchu!
|
Shuchu is a beautiful form of a Reiki Gathering where we pool our collective energy to offer distant sendings to loved ones outside of our circle. All it takes is a photograph of the person receiving the sending, and through Zoom, we create a powerful wave of healing support to send their way.
|
|
Whether you are looking to practice your skills, connect with our wonderful community, or just spend some time soaking in the good vibes, we would absolutely love to have you join us.
|
When:
Thursday September 10th, 2026 at 8:00pm
What is needed:
A digital photograph of the person you would like us to send Reiki to. It could be yourself.
Please send in your photo by Monday September 7th so we can prepare.

Level I Reiki training is required.
