November Ponderings

Trust...
In these times of deep upheaval and quick tempers, finding our center can sometimes feel like a monumental task. Yet, if we truly hold the belief that we are all one, and that the Divine is always guiding us toward our highest good, our greatest practice right now is simply to trust.
When the external world feels chaotic, our internal world requires radical self-care. It is essential to stay as energetically balanced and aligned as possible. This means intentionally reaching for the tools that support your present moment awareness... whether that involves deep, intentional breathwork, consciously regulating your vibrational frequency, or receiving an energy session to help clear away heavy burdens.
You do not have to navigate this turbulence alone. Lean into your support systems. Let us commit to anchoring ourselves in trust, breathing through the chaos, and holding space for each other’s continued energtic balance and alignment.

Reiki Associates has one share this month and a Shuchu Reiki Gathering.
The Reiki Share is on November 1st from 1pm to 3pm hosted by Denise Carpenter.
The Shuchu Reiki Gathering is on November 12th from 8:00pm to 9pm over Zoom
A Reiki Share is an opportunity to experience and practice Reiki. It is open to everyone with Reiki training as well as those who are curious. The share begins with a short meditation.
This is followed with group treatments. A group treatment is defined as one person receiving Reiki simultaneously from one or more practitioners. The group rotates through all those present at the table. A typical share lasts for approximately two hours.
There is no charge for the share, but, you may make a free will offering with proceeds to a local group in need. For more information contact Denise 613-913-2803.

New...Cultivating Inner Balance Package
The Cultivating Inner Balance Package is designed for those who value ongoing energetic care, seasonal tune-ups, or steady support through a period of life transition. While a single session offers a wonderful reset, working together over five sessions allows your energy system to settle into a deeper, more sustainable rhythm of peace and resilience.
Whether you are navigating a busy season, integrating personal shifts, or simply choosing to make energetic self-care a regular pillar of your well-being, these five sessions meet you exactly where you are.
Each 60-minute treatment is uniquely tailored to what your body, mind, and spirit need most on the day you arrive—helping you release accumulated stress, quiet the nervous system, and return to your natural state of centered flow. This package can be experienced in person at The Lotus Wings Building in Perth Ontario or completed remotely.
Cost: $400 (5 treatments)
(Package needs to be paid in full upon initial treatment.)
