February Ponderings
A Year of Compassion and Kindness
|
We are now one month into this awesome year of Compassion and Kindness. January had us focus in both inwardly and outwardly on directed Self Compassion and Kindness. February will help us focus on teachings of the heart. Let's use this time to connect with ourselves and others in a heart felt way. Could we cultivate a practice of just a few minutes per day to truly sit with ourselves...our thoughts, feeling, aspirations? Could we find the path to letting our inner critic take a holiday? Could we just accept that life force energy is interacting with our personal energy system....Life is happening for us not to us could become our mantra.

How do we interact with the collective consciousness in a heart felt way? Could we suspend our lower frequency thoughts and actions (frustration, dismissiveness, sarcasm) to then choose a higher frequency response (neutrality, acceptance, willingness) to those who push our buttons with the outcome of win/win instead of win/lose? Just these choices will help move our own energy system towards Love, Joy and Peace.

We are now in the energy of the Aquarian Era. The Divine Feminine Energy has returned, firmly planting herself on this beautiful planet Earth. We are being given this wonderful opportunity to grow into beings of heart focused energy.

Reiki Share - Sunday February 19th

Our Reiki Shares are moving to Sundays.

A Reiki Share is an opportunity to experience and practice Reiki. It is open to everyone with Reiki training as well as those who are curious. The share begins with a short meditation. This is followed with group treatments. A group treatment is defined as one person receiving Reiki simultaneously from one or more practitioners. The group rotates through all those present at the table. A typical share lasts for approximately two hours.

There is no charge for the share, but, you may make a free will offering with proceeds to the Children's Make a Wish Foundation. For more information contact Cindy 613-267-8321.
