A Year of Compassion and Kindness

November...what a year we are having!! The chaos in the world often reflects the chaos in our personal lives. Or it could be the other way around...or both.
|
|
Just of today...could we take a pause, to bring a different energy to our consciousness? Could we take three deep breaths and then fill our own energy systems with brilliant white light. If you have other energy training, use that, if not just focus on white light filling your aura.
|
|
|
|
Now focus on radiating that white light out into the world. Invite it to fill your personal energy system and then like ripples in water...radiate it out through your skin, then your aura. Picture the white light moving into and through other beings that inhabit the earth. If you feel comfortable with people, do that, if not, choose any being...animal, plant, elementals... to walk beside and radiate the ideas of peace, unconditional love, harmony, and compassion.

Now...Picture me walking beside you and sharing my white light and blending it with yours as we walk together on this journey....Daily.

Reiki Associates has two shares per month. One on Sunday November 12th from 1pm to 3pm hosted by Denise Carpenter. The second on Tuesday November 21st from 7pm to 9pm hosted by Regan Bechamp and Cindy McPherson.

A Reiki Share is an opportunity to experience and practice Reiki. It is open to everyone with Reiki training as well as those who are curious. The share begins with a short meditation. This is followed with group treatments. A group treatment is defined as one person receiving Reiki simultaneously from one or more practitioners. The group rotates through all those present at the table. A typical share lasts for approximately two hours.
