December Ponderings
A Year of Compassion and Kindness

December...so many lessons have been given to us this year. The idea of Radical Self Care....how changing our inner world can impact our perception and interaction with the outer world. This concept also starts to anchor our conscious awareness into the idea of Oneness. We are now in the Aquarian Era of Oneness. The behaviour patterns of the Piscean Era, of Dualism, are slowly being transformed. More and more people are truly taking responsibility for their contributions to the energy of the collective.

More and more people are focusing on higher frequencies of being, and choosing to come from their heart expression as opposed to their ego expression.
|
|
It has been a journey indeed, but we have pondered upon the reality of compassion and kindness. We have are learning to integrate a new response to emotional triggers. We are learning to see that what we do to and for others, we do to and for ourselves.
|
I asked in meditation what we look like to the higher realms. Their answer was that we look like a full, rich forest with stars for leaves. What a wonderful concept to hold in our meditations over the holiday season...you are a phenomenal tree with roots deep into our Mother Earth and stars as leaves....walking beside a phenomenal tree...who is walking beside a phenomenal tree...who is walking beside a phenomenal tree.

Reiki Associates has two shares per month. One on Sunday December 17th from 1pm to 3pm hosted by Denise Carpenter. The second on Tuesday December 19th from 7pm to 9pm hosted by Regan Bechamp and Cindy McPherson.

|
A Reiki Share is an opportunity to experience and practice Reiki. It is open to everyone with Reiki training as well as those who are curious. The share begins with a short meditation. This is followed with group treatments. A group treatment is defined as one person receiving Reiki simultaneously from one or more practitioners. The group rotates through all those present at the table. A typical share lasts for approximately two hours.
