‘Native Flute music in collaboration with Breath Work enriches the relaxation response’: The native flute, being a wind (air) instrument, plays collaboratively with breathing and contemplation/relaxation exercises.This flute music creates a stimulating binaural relationship with the minor pentatonic scales from my 3 native flutes (Ebase, A and G / made by highspirits flutes- highspirits.com).
Listen to this melodic framework of a variety of pentatonic note sequences, which exercise consonance and interconnectedness to enhance one’s peace of mind…promoting equanimity. Playing the flute gives me, as a musician, the freedom to hop around and create different sequences.
I play with the intention of enriching the listener’s concentration on the inhale/exhale oxygen exchange to the body’s vital energy conduits -the spinal plexuses (which co-relates to the cakras/chakras).
