What Is Reiki ?
The pressures of living in our modern world bring constant physical and emotional stress. Reiki, an energy medicine, restores your natural ability to move toward peace and wellbeing. Helping you to live in harmony and balance with your world.
Reiki is a gentle technique for restoring and balancing your body¹s natural energy to encourage better health. It works by flowing through the weakened parts of the energy field, thereby raising the vibratory level of this field in and around the physical body. This clears, strengthens and balances the energy pathways, thus allowing the absorption of the natural life force. A body working in harmony with itself leads to improved health.

Join Denise for a Reiki Share.
A Reiki Share is an opportunity to experience and practice Reiki. It is open to everyone with Reiki training as well as those who are curious. The share begins with a short meditation. This is followed with group treatments. A group treatment is defined as one person receiving Reiki simultaneously from one or more practitioners. The group rotates through all those present at the table. A typical share lasts for approximately two hours.
There is no charge for the share, but, you may make a free will offering with proceeds to the Children's Make a Wish Foundation. For more information contact Denise 613-913-2803

This magic day will begin with a Sound Bath lead by Mary Ferguson leading into a meditation lead by Michele Laughlin. Our first speaker, Moe Rosteius will give a talk on Animals and Reiki. Then she will give a 30 minute Group Reiki Session. We will take a lunch break at this point in time. Reconvening with our next speaker Barb Hall , who will present a 30 minute talk on trauma and Reiki . Then Barb will give a 30 minute Group Reiki Session. Barb will be followed by Denise Carpenter who will give a 30 minute talk on Eastern Reiki meets Western Reiki. She will then give a 30 minute group Reiki Session. Our day will close with a Sound Bath lead by Mary Ferguson and a final meditation lead by Michele Laughlin.
